Meet

Chapp

Meet Chapp, a 2-year-old, 65-70 pound charmer who’s ready to find his forever home! After breaking free from a southern shelter, he’s thriving in his foster home, proving himself to be crate trained, leash trained, and an all-around people lover. His shelter notes say he’s great with other dogs, and his trainers will be testing him soon—but signs point to YES!

Chapp is medium-energy, equally happy to lounge on his dog bed and soak up the sun as he is to spend time with his people. Given his size, he’d do best in a home with teens and up. And let’s be real—have you seen how handsome he is? He’s the total package!

About Chapp

“Hey hey hey! I’m CHAPP, and I am pretty amazing if I may say so myself. I came up from the south where I was stuck in a shelter but now I am FREE and in the best foster home ever. I am crate trained, leash trained, and love all of the people. My shelter notes say I am great with dogs. My trainers are going to test me soon to see if I can live with another dog, but they think YES. My foster family says I would be great in just about any household. I’m a big boy so young teens and up would probably be best for a guy like me. I am medium energy, about 65-70 pounds, two(ish) years old, and the sweetest man of all time. I am great at just chillin’ on my dog bed and sunbathing. And do you see what I look like? Um, HANDSOME! I am a total catch and I am ready for my forever home. Could that be you?”

If you think Chapp could be a good addition to your family, please reach out. He is so ready to meet you! Chapp comes with his crate and crate belongings, a free private session with TWB, and two leashes. All foster dogs go into a two week foster to adopt prior to adoption to make sure everyone is a good fit. If interested in Chapp, please fill out our adoption application so we can set up your meet and greet! You will not be disappointed.

Adoption Rules

Every application is carefully reviewed. To ensure that Bria finds the perfect homes for the dogs that she rescues, she will follow up only with applicants who are believed to be a great match for each individual dog. Applications are not considered on first come, first serve basis. She considers various factors such as the applicant’s lifestyle, living situation, and their ability to provide a safe and caring environment for any and all dogs.

Bria prioritizes applicants who show a genuine interest in providing a loving and forever home to the dogs in her rescue. While it is understood that every applicant has good intentions, resources are limited and the focus must be on those who best align with each dogs’ specific needs.
