Meet Rocco, a two-year-old, 55-pound pup who recently caught his freedom ride to MA from an overcrowded shelter in St. Louis. Rocco is sweet and gentle, and loves his people, though it may take him some time to warm up for affection. Fully crate and house trained, he’s looking for a low-traffic home that can give him the chill lifestyle he deserves.
Hi everyone! I just got to MA from an overcrowded shelter in St. Louis where I was probably going to lose my life soon because there is just too many of us. Luckily, I was one of the ones that caught my freedom ride! I am about two years old and about 55 pounds. I love my people and I am very sweet and gentle. It takes me a little bit of time to warm up for some affection, but I really really enjoy being with those I love and offering kisses! I walk great on leash and I LOVE my crate. I have played ball with older kids (teens) and I was amazing at dropping the ball for them every time, so older kids in the home would be cool with me. I would love to play with you, too! I am more of a laid-back, chill kind of dude with medium energy, so a lower traffic household would be best for me. The people say I have an ‘old soul.’ I have played with dogs at the shelter and have done well, but my new foster and trainers are going to test me some more to see if I can live with another dog or if I am better off as an only child.
If you want to meet me, PLEASE reach out!!! I am the best size, have the cutest face, and I promise to make you happy and always put my best paw forward. I come with a free session with the Training With Bria LLC team, my crate and crate belongings, and two leashes. My adoption comes with a two week foster to adopt first just to make sure we’re a good match, so no pressure. Do you want to meet me? Because I sure want to meet you!!!
Every application is carefully reviewed. To ensure that Bria finds the perfect homes for the dogs that she rescues, she will follow up only with applicants who are believed to be a great match for each individual dog. Applications are not considered on first come, first serve basis. She considers various factors such as the applicant’s lifestyle, living situation, and their ability to provide a safe and caring environment for any and all dogs.
Bria prioritizes applicants who show a genuine interest in providing a loving and forever home to the dogs in her rescue. While it is understood that every applicant has good intentions, resources are limited and the focus must be on those who best align with each dogs’ specific needs.
Meet Yoshi, a two-year-old stunner who hit the jackpot with a freedom ride from an overcrowded shelter in St. Louis to a fresh start in Massachusetts! This handsome pup is medium-energy, sleeps soundly in his crate, and walks beautifully on a leash. He’s a playful goofball who loves tug and toy time, and his trainers say he’s making great progress with new experiences.
Meet Roxy, a sweet and playful 10-year-old who’s thriving in foster care after leaving the shelter. She’s crate and house trained, loves her walks and outdoor lounging, and would do best in a calm, adult household with structure and boundaries.
I came to MA with the name ‘Capulet’ but my amazing fosters renamed me ‘Dottie’ because of my beautiful coat, and honestly, I love it! I am medium size, weighing in at about 55 pounds, and high energy, so get ready to walk me and play with me! I am probably 2-3 years old.
Meet Asher, a three-year-old, 45-pound pup who spent over a year in a shelter before thriving in a board-and-train program. Fully crate and house trained, he’s looking for a low-traffic, New England home that can offer structure, exercise, and love, ideally as the only pet!

After leaving a loud southern shelter, she’s thriving in Massachusetts, showing off her goofy, affectionate, and downright hilarious personality. Polly warms up quickly to new people (especially if treats are involved—she’s a big foodie!) and would love a lower-traffic home that provides structure and boundaries to help her be her best self.
Meet Cringle, a 40 pound, affectionate and silly mixed breed! Cringle was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in St. Louis after spending some time as a stray. Cringle is great with people and dogs, and will do well in just about any household.
Meet Big Vinnie, a 140-pound sweetheart rescued from the side of the highway. Protective yet loving, he thrives with a patient, breed-savvy owner in a low-traffic home, and he’s making great strides with training and social outings!
Meet Daisy, a 3-to-4-year-old, 45-pound sweetheart who has overcome a tough start with incredible resilience. Found as a stray in St. Louis after having a litter of puppies, she’s now settling into life in Massachusetts and will be spayed soon. Despite her past, Daisy is as loving as they come—she adores everyone she meets!
