Heyyyyy everybody! I came to MA with the name ‘Capulet’ but my amazing fosters renamed me ‘Dottie’ because of my beautiful coat, and honestly, I love it! I caught my freedom right out of a loud, overcrowded shelter in St. Louis and I couldn’t be happier to be here. I am medium size, weighing in at about 55 pounds, and high energy, so get ready to walk me and play with me! I am probably 2-3 years old.
I am super smart, silly, absolutely gorgeous, and friendly as can be. I love humans and dogs. I definitely wouldn’t mind a doggie brother or sister! My fosters gave me a bath because I stunk and they said I did an A+ job. I mean, would you expect anything else?! I am playful, spunky, and ready to learn all of the things. I absolutely love my crate and I am learning to walk amazing on leash. I live with the best Pittie foster bro and we get to go to school together on Fridays (which I’m crushing, by the way).
I really think you should meet me because my teachers say I am a ‘fan favorite’ by everyone who sees my picture and/or meets me in person. I would love to meet you!!!!! The humans have no idea if I’ve been around kids before but they have no doubt that I’d be awesome due to my amazing demeanor and personality, so if you have kids, let’s say hi! My adoption comes with a free training session with the Training With Bria LLC team, my crate and crate essentials, and two TWB leashes. I would really love to stay a part of this awesome community so please, fill out an adoption application so we can get things rolling!”
Dottie comes with a two week foster to adopt to make sure everyone is a good fit. She is an amazing dog that deserves to find her forever, and we’re dedicated to finding that for her! If interested in meeting Dottie, please fill out an adoption application. We promise you won’t be disappointed!
Every application is carefully reviewed. To ensure that Bria finds the perfect homes for the dogs that she rescues, she will follow up only with applicants who are believed to be a great match for each individual dog. Applications are not considered on first come, first serve basis. She considers various factors such as the applicant’s lifestyle, living situation, and their ability to provide a safe and caring environment for any and all dogs.
Bria prioritizes applicants who show a genuine interest in providing a loving and forever home to the dogs in her rescue. While it is understood that every applicant has good intentions, resources are limited and the focus must be on those who best align with each dogs’ specific needs.
Meet Rocco, a two-year-old, 55-pound pup who recently caught his freedom ride to MA from an overcrowded shelter in St. Louis. Rocco is sweet and gentle, and loves his people, though it may take him some time to warm up for affection. Fully crate and house trained, he’s looking for a low-traffic home that can give him the chill lifestyle he deserves.
Meet Yoshi, a two-year-old stunner who hit the jackpot with a freedom ride from an overcrowded shelter in St. Louis to a fresh start in Massachusetts! This handsome pup is medium-energy, sleeps soundly in his crate, and walks beautifully on a leash. He’s a playful goofball who loves tug and toy time, and his trainers say he’s making great progress with new experiences.
Meet Asher, a three-year-old, 45-pound pup who spent over a year in a shelter before thriving in a board-and-train program. Fully crate and house trained, he’s looking for a low-traffic, New England home that can offer structure, exercise, and love, ideally as the only pet!
Meet Polaris—aka Polly—a 2-to-3-year-old American Bulldog mix with a stocky build, a big personality, and even bigger cuddles to give! After leaving a loud southern shelter, she’s thriving in Massachusetts, showing off her goofy, affectionate, and downright hilarious personality. Polly warms up quickly to new people (especially if treats are involved—she’s a big foodie!) and would love a lower-traffic home that provides structure and boundaries to help her be her best self.
Meet Big Vinnie, a 140-pound sweetheart rescued from the side of the highway. Protective yet loving, he thrives with a patient, breed-savvy owner in a low-traffic home, and he’s making great strides with training and social outings!
Meet Chapp, a 2-year-old, 65-70 pound charmer who’s ready to find his forever home! After breaking free from a southern shelter, he’s thriving in his foster home, proving himself to be crate trained, leash trained, and an all-around people lover. His shelter notes say he’s great with other dogs, and his trainers will be testing him soon—but signs point to YES!
Chapp is medium-energy, equally happy to lounge on his dog bed and soak up the sun as he is to spend time with his people. Given his size, he’d do best in a home with teens and up. And let’s be real—have you seen how handsome he is? He’s the total package!
Meet Daisy, a 3-to-4-year-old, 45-pound sweetheart who has overcome a tough start with incredible resilience. Found as a stray in St. Louis after having a litter of puppies, she’s now settling into life in Massachusetts and will be spayed soon. Despite her past, Daisy is as loving as they come—she adores everyone she meets!
Meet Roxy, a sweet and playful 10-year-old who’s thriving in foster care after leaving the shelter. She’s crate and house trained, loves her walks and outdoor lounging, and would do best in a calm, adult household with structure and boundaries.
